Matters needing attention in the improvement meeting
 
1. Promote the purpose of the meeting correctly: solve the problem. The real waste of an enterprise is the waste of the staff's wisdom, and the numbness of all staff to the waste of wisdom!
 
2. Lead everyone to actively speak: Why don't employees actively contribute their wisdom? ①Unsafe (negative), ②Looking for trouble (pressure), ③No benefit (for nothing)
 
3. Establish an open communication platform: if there is a problem, speak on the desktop, discuss the matter, and say something straightforward but speak well;
 
4. Public review of improvement results: At each improvement meeting, a public review and performance evaluation of the results of the last improvement plan should be made. The proposer will give YES or NO to the improvement person;
 
5. Special personnel to implement improvement issues: each time an improvement will improve a problem, a node control table must be formed, and a dedicated person will follow up and implement it.
